We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated manager who is committed to delivering high quality service in a high-end city centre based nightclub.

You must be at Assistant Manager level and want to develop your operational and leadership skills while leading a sales and standards driven team. You must have a keen eye for detail and be passionate about drinks and entertainment, with the energy and flair to deliver a quality product on every shift.

Your main responsibilities will include:–
— Managing, leading and inspiring a committed team
— Maintaining a welcoming and inviting environment for all customers
— Delivering a consistently high standard of service
— Developing sales and analysing competitors performance
— Driving internal sales and meeting targets
— Meeting and exceeding company standards
— Managing stock and cleaning standards
— Delivering restaurant standard service in a nightclub environment

We are offering an attractive base salary and performance bonus package with genuine opportunities to progress within one of Scotland's leading bar, nightclub, restaurant and hotel operators.

If you have Assistant Manager experience, knowledge of the Edinburgh late night entertainment market and are keen to develop with a forward thinking company we would like to hear from you.
